Experiment # 2
This film is my second exploration in the textures of baking ingredients. The project realizes the chemical reaction that occurs within the oven while baking. Capturing at 120 frames per second allowed me to create a day to night experience that juxtaposes the cold darkness of the oven, the heat of a day in the desert and the power of a sand storm. As a test for my thesis project, Avant-Garde Experiment #2 pushes the limitations of live action perspective photography.
